7 servings-Unsweetened Organic Greek Yogurt-(I find Kite Hill brand from Whole Foods to be the best Plant based yogurt myself. Meijer also sells Almond Milk and Coconut Milk yogurts)

5-7 servings-Turkey/Chicken Breakfast Sausage

7 Servings-Organic Fruit-Your choice. (Watermelon, mangoes, and Bananas do not need to be organic as they have protective shells or skin which protects from harmful sprays)

5 servings-Organic Whole Grains-Your Choice of Brown Rice, Oatmeal, Quinoa, Sweet Potatoes, White or Red Potatoes (You will have one per day on feasting days)

Salad ingredients-Your choice- (Lettuce, Spinach, Tomatoes, radishes, bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, etc)

Alternatively, you may have soup and salad or a smoothie for lunch instead of the above fruit, whole grains and salads for lunch. I will post a few recipes ideas on the board.
